Joshua R. Hine began his career at ThePeopleLawFirm.com, LLC in 2023 while completing his studies at the University of Pittsburgh. Starting part-time during the school year and working full-time each summer, he received rigorous training in estate and probate administration.

After graduating with a Bachelor of Arts degree in 2025, Joshua joined the firm full-time. He is now a member of the T1 Probate and Estate Administration Specialists Team, serving clients in all 67 Pennsylvania counties, including Chester County.

In his role as an Estate Administration Specialist, Joshua assists families with all aspects of estate and probate administration. His work includes opening estates, collecting and securing assets, paying debts and expenses, addressing creditor claims, and filing the Pennsylvania Inheritance Tax Return. He also helps clients with court filings, estate accountings, and final distributions to heirs and beneficiaries in compliance with Pennsylvania law.
